Terms and Conditions

We want to ensure there are no misunderstandings regarding the services we are providing to you.  We ask that you read the terms and conditions and check that you understand them.  Please be respectful of our policies.

 

Public Session Party Terms and Conditionals

 

We require 2 DAYS advance notice on bookings.  We are happy to reschedule your party up to a month in case of emergency situations. 

 

We require a $50 non-refundable deposit upon booking your party.  Your deposit will be deducted from your party total before you are presented with your final balance due.  We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.  We do not accept checks or American Express.

 

NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS PERMITTED.  You may bring in cake and ice creams cups only to a scheduled party.  No ice cream cakes or cakes that require refrigeration.  No other exceptions.

 

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early prior to the start of your selected party time.  This is to distribute wristbands and go over final details about your party.  DO NOT BE LATE.

 

Upon arrival, you will need to give your complete guest list to the cashier.  Trussville PlayStation employees will not be permitted to complete your guest list for you. 

 

Your table time is for 45 minutes with the exception of the Glow Party.  The Glow Party will be in the glow room for ONE hour.  Your serve time will be start the second hour of your party time with the exception of the Glow Party.  For example, a 3pm-6pm party time will have a serve time of 4pm.  Glow Parties have a designated serve time.  Once your party time has ended, we will no longer admit guest on behalf of your party, this includes parties that does not have all ten guests.

 

All birthday party packages are priced for children.  Adults are never included in your count, but may purchase any activity from the cashier at the front.  All party packages include the birthday child as one guest.  There will be an additional charge for each additional guest after the minimum number of 10.  Please refer to the party plan for the charge that applies to your package.  You will only be charged for the number of children that attend your party.  A final headcount will be taken 5 minutes before your serve time.  You will be notified of any party extras that need to be added to your bill. We allow a maximum of 24 people in the glow room.

 

Please inform the parents of your invited guests that if they choose to bring along siblings between the ages of 3-20 they must pay the admission fee. 

 

You are not provided with a full-time host/hostess to assist you during your party.  However, we will set up everything up for you upon your serve time.  We do provide plates, cups, napkins, straws, sporks, and tablecloths for each paid guests.  We provide each paid guests with a drink and slice of pizza.  Two pitchers of refills are available upon request and are only allowed during your serve time.  We do provide paper trays for cake upon request.  If you want paper products for any adults, you will need to bring some or you will be charged for any additional. 

 

If you party includes laser tag, the minimum age for children to play is 7 years old and height is 46” tall. 

 

All food orders must be placed upon check-in.  No orders will be taken any later or closer to your serve time. 

 

Goody bags can only be handed out as guests are leaving.

 

Party buckets are for presents only.  Please keep all personal belongs with you.

Semi-Private Party Terms and Conditions

 

We required 2 DAYS notice on booking and changes. 

 

We require a $100 non-refundable deposit upon booking your party.  Your deposit will be deducted from your party total before you are presented with your final balance due.  We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.  We do not accept checks or American Express.

 

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early prior to the start of your selected party time.  This is to distribute wristbands and go over final details about your party.  DO NOT BE LATE.

 

You will have 15 minutes after your party time to clean up and exit the facility.  After 20 minutes, you will be charged an additional $50 every 30 minutes over.

 

Semi-private parties includes 50 people or less.  There will be an additional charge for any guests over the maximum number of 50.  Please refer to your party plan to see the additional charge for each guests. 

 

Semi-private parties will consists of two parties.  Only one can have laser tag included. 

 

If you party includes laser tag, the minimum age for children to play is 7 years old and height is 46” tall.

 

We provide ice.  You will be responsible for providing everything else such as food, paper products, and drinks. 

 

No heat elements of any kind allowed including but not limited to crockpots or candle warmers.

 

No confetti or glass containers.

 

No decorations may be attached to walls, railings, or ceiling.

You will have 15 minutes after your party time to clean up and exit the facility.  After 20 minutes, you will be charged an additional $50 every 30 minutes over.

 

Private parties includes 100 people or less.  There will be an additional charge for any guests over the maximum number of 100.  Please refer to your party plan to see the additional charge for each guests. 

 

Private parties will consists of just your group.

We provide ice.  You will be responsible for providing everything else such as food, paper products, and drinks.
